Scavenger Hunt: August 29, 2010

Bokeh 
A little experiment here with seagulls on the Bay in South Boston.  I love the motion of their wings in these photos.  I couldn't choose between the two photos....   I really liked them both and they were being such great models!  I had to look up what Bokeh means -- and I think this is a good representation of this category.  :)

 
Business 
A really nice place of business in South Boston where we went to dinner with Samantha.  I love the look of the sign when lighting up at dusk.  If you look close enough way over to the right Steve & Samantha are waiting for me at our table.  :)  

 
Eco-Friendly
A photo taken at the fishing access point to the Quabbin Reservoir.  No motor boats allowed.  A calm peaceful setting for the largest supplier of water to the City of Boston.   I love the peacefulness of this area and the row boats add to that affect.

 
 
Repetition
Whether it is remembering when I was 8 years old and taking piano lessons and the repetition involved with learning the keys, learning the songs, over and over.... OR if it is the repetition of the keys, how there are 2 black, then white then 3 black and so on.... I thought this is a good shot for repetition.  It took me a few times to get one that I really like.  I have a photo of our wedding rings on this same piano that I really love too.  Love it in black & white. 

Music
This is one of our pieces of art hanging on the wall upstairs in my office.  There is one of a trombone, but this one is my favorite.  It looks really great on the wall with the sun streaming in from the big window.  We love all types of music in our lives.....  I love these photos where there is space so when you are ready you can put a quote or saying on them.  Hoping to design a card set for Christmas time.  :)
